A women-led social enterprise working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (including erstwhile FATA) to promote the rights of children, women, youth, and other marginalized groups, invites applications from qualified females for the following positions in donor-supported Projects:

    1. Project Manager (F)

Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Social Sciences from a recognized academic institution preferably Business Administration/Economics/ACCA/Gender studies

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant working experience in project implementation, 3finance, accounts and M&E.;

Roles and responsibilities: Project Administration, Coordination, Management, Financial Management, MEAL.

Reporting and line management: The project manager will report directly to the executive director and will manage the project team.

    1. Finance & Admin Officer (F)

Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s degree from a recognized academic institution preferably Business Administration/HR/ACCA/Economics

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experience in project implementation, finance, HR management and logistics

Roles and responsibilities:

    1. Prepare and review payroll
    2. Support in conducting internal and external audits.
    3. Responsible for the personnel file management, record keeping in soft and hard form of HR-related documents
    4. Lead in HR operations/day-to-day matters/procurement
    5. Provide administrative support to organizing in-house or local training and support staff attending external trainings.
    6. Organize monthly coordination meeting

Reporting and line management: The HR Manager will report to the Project Manager and the Executive Director and will line manage the Project team.

    1. MEAL & Advocacy Coordinator (F)

Qualification: Bachelor/Master’s degree from a recognized academic institution.

Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in social mobilization and advocacy.

Roles and responsibilities:

    1. Implementation of advocacy and policy activities and informing, influencing and documenting influencing and enabling work.
    2. Support in developing and implementing the roadmap for advocacy initiatives,
    3. Lead in managing seminars, workshops, dialogues and stakeholders meetings on major advocacy issues to create awareness among and enhance l ownership
    4. Support in developing content for designing relevant IEC materials including posters, flyers, kits, radio programmes, video documentation, interactive theatres, etc.
    5. Work with the team to develop advocacy material for digital and social media campaigns
    6. To maintain clear and adequate records of work done and to produce reports on work programmes and activities as required by management.
    7. To contribute to team meetings and organizational priorities and to participate in supervision and appraisal meetings.

Reporting and line management: Advocacy & MEAL Coordinator will report to the Project Manager and the Executive Director.

    1. Enumerators (M&F):

Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a social science subject from a recognized academic institution.

Experience:

    • At least 2-3 years of experience as a quantitative and qualitative researcher in a well-reputed organization.
    • Strong understanding of data collection techniques and tools.
    • Proficiency in using data collection software and survey tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in local languages (Urdu, Pashto).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Data Collection: Conduct field data collection (qualitative and quantitative) using structured questionnaires, interview guides, and other data collection tools from various sources.
    • Data Entry: Ensure that all data collected is accurately entered into the database.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that data collection tools are administered accurately and consistently. Verify the accuracy and completeness of collected data.
    • Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the ethical conduct of the research procedures.
    • Reporting: Prepare field reports and document any issues or unusual situations encountered during the fieldwork.
    • Coordination: Work closely with the research supervisor and other team members to ensure the smooth execution of the data collection activities. Identifying and reporting any challenges encountered during the data collection process.
    • School Teachers (M&F):

Qualification: Intermediate/Bachelors from a recognized academic institution. Additional certifications will be preferred.

Experience: At least two years experience teaching kindergarten/primary students especially vulnerable children and/or administration in a reputable school;

Roles and Responsibilities:

    1. Oversee the day-to-day operation of the classroom; including maintaining a harmonious and efficient work environment, daily schedule is followed, etc.
    2. Take the lead with classroom Curriculum – Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation, ensuring lesson plans, curriculum plans, supply requests, etc., are completed on time. Meet all deadlines.
    3. Assist with Families – Orientation and Communication
    4. Assist in the maintenance of appropriate standards for children’s discipline and behavior standards
    5. Maintain portfolios for all children
    6. Develop schedules and keep records of the student’s progress, routines, and interests, and keep parents informed about their child’s development
    7. Plan lessons that engage young students and adapt lessons to suit different learning styles
    8. Create a nurturing, respectful, and safe classroom environment that responds to the needs of each student
    • Vocational Trainers (F):

Objective

    1. Train selected female artisans and refine their skills to make an assigned number of specially designed local products.
    2. Training needs assessment of the target group, devising a monthly plan based on 5 days a week, and planning the ultimate anticipated outcome.
    3. Visiting Skill Development Centers, imparting the training, supervising the activity, and implementing quality assurance.
    4. Making assessments of individual trainees at the end of the training for research and analysis.
    5. Search for new communities that specialize in handmade work.

Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Play a Lead role in making productive use of the Skill Development Centers
    2. Interview and test women of the target catchment area and determine their suitability for training in the handicrafts (such as embroidery, knitting, and sewing skills).
    3. Training of women to ensure they can produce high-quality sewed and /or handcrafted products that can be sold in the local and regional markets.
    4. Identify and purchase consumable material; fabrics, threads, etc.
    5. Analyze the weaknesses and strengths of the participants.
    6. Maintain a daily log of the activities
    7. To be in regular coordination with the Creative Director of ABP&AW and get support from her.
    8. To share daily notes of progress and mid-term /fortnightly and end-term/monthly assessment reports to the ED-APBAW
